Asukkaat valitaan hakemuksessa ilmoitetun asunnon tarpeen, varallisuuden ja tulojen perusteella. • tupakointi on kielletty asunnossa ja myös parvekkeella 1.9.2020 jälkeen tehdyillä sopimuksilla. • tarkastamme luottotietosi. The apartment building on Tapettikatu offers apartments ranging from studios to four-room family apartments, each with its own sauna and balcony. The housing company features a laundry room, drying room, and clubroom. Additionally, each apartment has its own storage space and a shared outdoor equipment storage. There are 41 parking spaces with heating posts in the yard (20 EUR/month, covered space 30 EUR/month). The YH Kotien shared car (Omago) is also available at a reasonable price on Emalikatu. Based on the preliminary plan, the renovation of the façade and balconies is scheduled for spring/summer 2026. Water and a 50 Mbps internet connection are included in the rent.
